We at TCA would like to thank all parents for all the support during these trying times.
With special kudos to the parents of 2 of our students who went ahead to send their kids to Serbia to play 3 tough tournaments, so that they could achieve their goals.
Both Arjun Kalyan who finished his rating requirement to become a GM and Ajay Karthikeyan who also played in the same tournament achieved his 1st IM norm. It is so heartening to see these young Champs travel all the way by themselves and play 3 tournaments back to the back of 30 games and still come up trumphs.
This shows all of us the energy, commitment and self-belief these young Turks have in them, which should be applauded and mimicked.
Congrats Ajay and Arjun for motivating us all here at TCA and proving that nothing can stop us from achieving our goal if we work towards it.
